Moved pretty quick from Recruiter - hiring manager and bringing me into the London office. I wasn't successful as it came down to myself and one other candidate but I the Recruiter was quick in delivering feedback and said she would keep in touch for future opportunities in the team. I have stayed in touch with her and we have actually discussed other opportunities with Diligent.
I have continued to look out for similar roles on Diligent website.

What is my experience working in a technical support role
Had 3 rounds of interviews including a take-home case to present in person. They said the feedback was positive and asked for a copy, only to reject with a generic email. I requested feedback as the email offered, only to get ghosted. A distinctly disrespectful interview experience and complete waste of time.

General question about past experience was asked, no technical question were asked and got rejection mail without any reason. I did reply asking feedback as without any technical test or any technical interview they rejected

Did two rounds of interview, one with the Talent Acquisition and the other with a Director on the team. All the interviews were pretty much genaral questions about experience and all that. Both interview went really well in my own opinion, but i got a rejection email without any reasonable feedback. Just the lazy generic "we are looking at other candidates whose background and skills more closely meet our needs".
