Entrevista
It was good and the process was structured and comprehensive. The behavioural questions focused on past experiences, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities, often using the STAR method to evaluate responses. The technical round tested my subject knowledge and how I approach real-world business scenarios, while the final round with senior leadership assessed my strategic thinking and cultural fit. Overall, the interview was a well-rounded evaluation of both my professional expertise and personal attributes.

Online test first and Job simulation followed, you will be notify if you are been selected to the assessment centre after pass Job simulation. Job simulation need you write an email to your manager and write a report based on the information been given.

First step is the online aptitude test. Followed by a group assessment where you are given a case study to discuss, the case study we used was not related to the field you apply just to see reasoning applied. After which you move to manager interview where they ask mostly competency based questions then to the partners interview.

Online application which did not require a CV. Followed by online tests these included psychometric tests and a case study where reasoning behind data was required. This was followed by a recorded video interview, then an in person interview
