The interview process was smooth and engaging. From the outset, I felt welcomed by the team. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable, which helped me perform at my best. They asked insightful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. There was a good balance between technical and behavioral questions, which gave me the chance to demonstrate both my expertise and how I align with the company’s culture.
During the interview, I had the opportunity to learn more about the team, the role, and the company’s goals, which further solidified my interest in the position. The process was thorough but not overly long, and I appreciated how the interviewers communicated clearly about next steps and timelines.
I'm thrilled to have been offered the job and am excited to begin this next chapter!
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
