Erstes ist das allgemeine, z.B. erzähle über dich, was sind deine Stärken usw. und das zweite war die Lösung der Aufgaben, Erstellung einer Präsentation und das Präsentieren. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, sehr professionelle Vorbereitung für jedes Gespräch.
Did an Hr interview and it went well they only asked for me to introduce myself, talk about my experience and how i would react on team situations. They also asked why i was applying and what i know about the position.
