A first interview with HR, one with hiring manager and one with managing partner.
Overall the process has been excruciatingly slow with lack of communication and directions from the management. It appeared they were not sure what they really needed.

General questions. Some more abstract and philosophical concepts
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised

Initial interview was with an internal recruiter. Discussed my expectations in terms of role and salary. Went through my experience. Unclear about next steps, especially timelines.
Did explain that there will be 3 more interviews.
