Applied once they have their dates opened for the summer programme. Waited around 1 month before got contacted for assessment centre. Had a group interview with 3 other people, discussed about which location best to organise a big event. Later, was isolated for 30 minutes to read and prepare for a case study (I was given a M&A Case study). Subsequently, was interview by a senior member of the department to present the case study and QNA session, lasted for about 30 minutes. Last but not least proceed with a 45 minutes competency-based interview with the same interviewer.
Overall very organised and well-thought.

Tell me a time when you met difficulties in your plans and how did you overcome it?
I started with 1 fit interview, followed by a case then a behavioral interview. The last step was fairly casual and straightforward. Everyone was friendly and professional about time. I heard back in less than 2 weeks about my final offer.
Plutôt une rencontre avec un Manager lors d'un forum de recrutement école, 15 mins maximum. Le manager apprécie bien des expériences précédentes. Il présente deloitte ainsi son équipe. il demande des questions assez générale.

Entrevista
There was an aptitude test for measuring the applicants general knowledge and consulting material. The test included multiple choice questions and there was also some case study questions about different written passage.
