The interview was quite nice but rather difficult. The company sent a gamification test and questions through a video conference system, so there would be no live feedback. It is better to watch several videos and practice the answers on camera.

Situational judgment test and game-based assessment
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
