Basic competency questions about things like times where you have worked in teams. A lot of questions around CV and past experiences. Quite interested in what you do outside of college. Lastly they were very interested in times where you would have showed leadership qualities or when you would have had leadership roles.
The interview process is pretty fast. One back-to-back interview. I interviewed on Friday and got the offer call by the following Wednesday. First round was the director and second was the partner
