First round interview consisted of 2 half hour interviews: one case and one behavioral. Both were fairly typical interviews of each category. The recruiter promised to call later that evening with whether or not I was invited to the second round the next day--I never got a call. I politely emailed the recruiter that I was disappointed not to hear back. Days later, she called me and blamed me for not following up with her without ever admitting that she had failed to call me when she promised. Although I was disappointed not to get an offer, my treatment by the recruiter stood in stark contrast to other consulting firms and really turned me off applying to Deloitte in the future.
