Assessment Center where it is mainly comprised of three parts; first writing an email to your senior manager as a fresh joiner at Deloitte, second case discussion with group mates 15 min for prep and 30 min for discussion. For me there was no presentation but HR manager and IT audit manager were sitting. Last one was English speaking test where I was given a random topic like "If you have 100,000 dollars, would you spend it on purchasing diamond or gold?" Prep for 30 seconds and speak 90 seconds. Other people got the question such as "Who is your superhero?" 3. Partner Interview: Very casual talk for about 30~40 minutes asking about why Deloitte not other Big4, why you, challenging moment at a leadership position...
