I applied through school's website. I had two half an hour interviews on the first round. Then I got into on-site. I had three half an hour interviews in their office. They focused more on the behavioral question. They like people with good social skills. They test few technical skills during interview.

Interviewed by two senior Data Analytics Associates. Really chill men. They asked a few technical questions. Other than that, it was basic interview questions. They really wanted to hear questions from you and see if you are a person they want to work with. HR was very nice. They got back to me in about two weeks after I followed up with them. Just make sure you interview for a position which you know something about. If you are not an IT person, don't go for an IT position.
