Interview 1: Case study displayed on screen for 2 min. 3 minutes to devise a solution and 5 minutes to present. Problem statement: Digital transformation of a BPO business Interview 2: HR, past experience. Future goals, API, Questions around digital product development
I initially had a telephone interview. This was followed by a 2nd stage interview with a Senior Manager from the team. The third stage interview was with a Director and Partner, after which I was offered the role.
The interview process consisted of three stages. First, I completed an online assessment provided by SHL, which mainly tested analytical and problem solving skills. After that, I had a video interview with competency and motivation based questions. The final stage was a manager interview, where they asked more in depth questions about my background, experiences, and fit for the role.
