I got to interview Deloitte at the end of the pandemic as part of a graduate recruitment program (a type of MT). We conduct online interviews, unlike most online recruitment processes, we do it with a web-based interview with the Hirevue platform, not with a video call/Zoom call. I got a video clip of each question and then answered it by recording a video. In the latter half of the session, there was a kind of game-based psychological test, which was fun.

They didn't care for those who applied through online, they online consider for those who have referral from their employee. I applied through my one of senior that currently work at Deloitte. She gave me the recruiter's contact. When i sent my application, she (Krisnamoorthi Keisha Dewi) wrote that she would called me earlier this time. She didn't explain what to be asked/discussed. She suddenly called me. Very bad! The company (or maybe just the HR) does not follow the procedure. I just knew from a friend of mine that before she was called, she got an email regarding to what to be asked. The HR reflected the company as a whole! very bad!
