Be honest in the interview process is the most important element. Talk about your strength and what you enjoy most. There are questions that need calculation and proper reasonings. The overall process is good.

Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
