Short and concise. It was a pleasant experienced, normal sterotypical interview. Asked a few behavioural questions and questions about CV. Not much else, simple process an aptitude test and several interview stages.

Sehr entspannt mein CV durchgegangen, nettes persönliches Gespräch. Es wird geduzt, was alles viel familiärer macht. Sehr umfangreicher Einblick in zukünfitige Tätigkeiten und aktuelle Tätigkeiten von Werkstudenten. War nur eine Person, deshalb sehr entspannt
The interview process took an extremely long time, was confusing and included people that didn't have expertise or a solid ability to assess capability. I also found the hiring process confusing and long. Unable to assess whether all steps had been completed as expected. I was almost sent to a different city for my onboarding event.
