The manager and director who interviewed me are friendly and approachable.

First Round: Online quantitative and behavioural test through a website
Second Round: Behavioural interview (questions pop onto screen and 2 tries to answer)
Third Round: Interview in-person with 2 managers and partner

Entrevista
1 round of automated assessment and two rounds of interview with different members of the team I applied to join. All performed online (zoom) due to COVID-19. Lots of questions on motivation, experience and whether I understood the role. One case-style question.
