I attended the firm-wide presentation at our business school as a junior student. Gave the recruiter my resume.
Two rounds of interviews. Applied via handshake and got an invite to interview on-campus with two interviewers.
The final round was at the Detroit office with two interviewers as well. Received a verbal offer the next day.

First they send you an online test to do, it's usually 30 mins where you answer some mcqs about general knowledge in cybersecurity, some problem solving mcq like some math and calculations and some personality questions.

Il colloquio è iniziato con la presentazione dell'azienda e della posizione, ho fatto qualche domanda sulla posizione e poi ho fatto il colloquio tecnico, in dotale è durato circa 1 ora, su Microsoft teams.
