Lengthy and intense. Went through 6 interviews in total. All with partners. After the final interview they made a soft offer. Offer took several days to be formalized then another 3 days to arrive

Short, but no return follow up. Interviewer was fine and questions were standard however there wasn't much info shared abou the role or the previous person who had the job

Share your management style and philosophy and what you hope to achieve
Recruitment call, no follow-up interview in the process. It was a standard interview process, no issues but I did not move far into the interview timeline. The recruiter was very friendly and helpful in answering questions.
