HR called about two weeks after applying, asked about my profile and told there would be three rounds of interview, first guessestimate, then case, then manager round. Interview was scheduled within a week. Interview started on time, but found the format to be different. The manager round happened, no guessestimate.. asked me to go through my profile, interviewer was decent. Then i was asked questions which i couldnt understand as i have not done in my current work-ex, so told the interviewer i havent worked on it. To which the panelist said i shouldnt put things on cv which i haven't done. That was a bit rude, so i explained him that where i work, this is the process that we follow.. then there was a long case study, no numbers, nothing, you just have to hear it and then go ahead with it. It didnt go well as the panelist was looking for something else than whatever i was saying. Overall neutral experience.

I initially had a telephone interview. This was followed by a 2nd stage interview with a Senior Manager from the team. The third stage interview was with a Director and Partner, after which I was offered the role.
