all staffs involved were super nice and friendly, users were friendly and answer questions nicely. they will ask you about you previous job desk, experience, challenges, how you coop with difficulties you'd been through, how you handle you clients.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
