The position was in Los Angeles, CA. I had two phone interviews initially. All interviews apparently went well because a few days after my last phone interview, the H.R. person called me to set up an in-person interview in downtown Los Angeles. The phone interviews had the usual interview questions; however, the interviewers were not too friendly. The H.R. person was nice though.
The in-person interview consisted of me and two supervisors. The questions were every cliched question you can think of like "how did you resolve a conflict with a co-worker" etc. One of the interviewers was a little rude and unpleasant. Believe it or not, the interview was over 2 hrs -- you'd think I was being interviewed for the FBI - geez. Extremely corporate redtape interview process. Look very professional and be prepared for all types of questions.
