Send a resume, do two interviews (first and second (and final) interviews), and get an offer.
I applied for a audit associate position at Japanese Department in Detroit Office. I applied for an internship position at the beginning but they told me that they want to change to full-time position during my first interview.

Why did I choose Deloitte? Why not other big 4 accounting firms (EY, KPMG, and PwC)?
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
