3 interviews, Technical, Behavior, General. Depending on the position and office it might be in person or on the phone.
If you are applying for a technical position, a specialist in your technology will interview you. If you are applying for a general position they will assume you know everything you have put on your resume and will ask questions above your level. The point is to get a gauge of what you know. It is ok to not know something. If you are interviewing for a specific position they will ask you about stuff related to that position, if you dont know that stuff then you're not likely to get a job.
General hire means you become a deloitte employee but then have to find a project to be staffed on.

Referred by an employee ; had first a phone converstaion with the HR who described everything about Deloitte and asked my expectation . The main motive of the interview was to probably check your communication skills. Then had technical phone interview with an Associate 6 . He was very gud and asked all normal technical questions . Basically trying to understand your fundamentals. Then had a 1:1 interview with senior ppl , both very good and down to earth people . HR sent a background check form to complete and provided the offer letter 3 days after the interview .
