The first interview was a recorded interview through an online platform. Questions were purely behavioral. This was followed by a set of 3 interviews held via video conference, and included behavioral questions, experience/skill-related questions, and some role-play questions.

The interview process was not bad at all. It was 2 behavioral interviews on the phone and each last approximately 30 minutes. The first interview was a little more situational than the second. It was not too difficult, however, I would suggest doing a great bit of research on Deloitte's culture and what they do in each service line within Information Technology Services.
