Entrevista
Interview was with two separate managers - no HR staff. Kind of a good-cop-bad-cop routine. First interview was qualitative and behavioral - what are your goals, how do you view yourself, etc. Second interview was quantitative and technical analysis - included 1 case study. 2nd interview was certainly less friendly, and more difficult. I would recommend brushing up on case study skills for an interview with Deloitte.

Case study regarding a manufacturing firm - required analysis of a problem they were encountering.
El proceso constó de Varias fases. Primera con RRHH solo sobre tu CV. Segunda fase con un socio, en mi caso me hicieron preguntas personales, pero es posible que te hagan preguntas sobre contabilidad.
First a phone called, followed by Assessment quiz and puzzles and then Manager interview followed by a partner interview. Over a lot of behavioral questions not much technical questions at all
There were 2 rounds in campus placement process. First being the case study round that lasted for 45 mins and second was related to the workex that lasted for 25 mins.
