First round was a phone call, which had 2 interviews. It is important to note that you choose an earlier interview slot...because of my schedule I had the last time slot. My interviewers were tired and not in the greatest mood as they had been interviewing for the last 6 hours and were eager to get off the phone, which was understandable. First one was behavioral, where you're asked about your resume and your work experience. Feel free to say more than what the interviewer asks. Make yourself sound good. Second one was case study, you will be given a case in relation to your background (e.g. if you have a technical background, you'll probably be given a technology case study). Use what Deloitte has online and practice. This is also your opportunity to use your expertise and give creative answers. You'll receive whether you move onto onsite interviews about a week or two later. I had mine a month after my phone interview. The structure of these interviews are just like the phone interviews. Everyone was very friendly and they're structured to be conversational, but dont get too relaxed because they're still judging to see if you fit within the company!! You'll also get a greeter who leads you around the building to your interviewers and will ask any questions you have. They should also be analysts.
