Interview is three part to apply as an intern, which was the route I took. I felt that the interview process was pretty straight forward and casual, no trick questions.
First they asked personal questions to establish my motivation. After that they asked tax related questions to establish my knowledge in this field. Questions were difficult but avarage for this kind of job.
En categorías más avanzadas, como la senior, tiene mucho peso tu currículum previo, sobre todo haber estado en otras firmas o Big Four. Tras revisarlo, te contacta alguien de RRHH y si tu perfil tiene encaje hablas directamente con el Manager a cargo del equipo.
