Initial round Interview questions will be based upon on your technical experience and how you will fit in the new organization utilizing your skills and whether you understand the need of job you are applying for.
Final round will be more towards on how you will tackle the situations on your day to day job with some management exposure.

Entrevista
The interview process was well-structured and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with senior management.
The questions were a mix of technical and behavioral, focusing on past experience, problem-solving, and handling real-life work scenarios.
Overall difficulty was moderate. Candidates are advised to prepare practical examples and have a good understanding of the role.
The interview happened in 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 techno manegerial. Technical round had back to back Technical questions with second round more focused on scenario based questions. Managerial was just 20 minutes

3 stage interview process with increasing seniority. Final discussion with HR/recruitment at the end of the process. Could be a little more straight forward to make it a little more streamlined
