The interview was split into 3 phases. I was first asked numerous situational questions, focusing on client activity. The second part was dedicated to competency; namely, strenghts. For example, skills, past experience. And the final part was strengths based.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
