I applied online through Deloitte Career website and received a follow-up email like a week after, inviting me for a digital interview. The email says the interview will keep open for 3 days, and is about 40 min, which is pretty much the case.
Then I heard back from HR a week after the first-round interview. I went to dt office for in-person interview the following week. That includes two back-to-back interviews of 45min each. They didn't really go through my resume or ask behaviour questions; it's more like a casual talk. To be honest, it's the most relaxed interview I've ever had. All of them are so nice, including the assisstants on the second floor! OMG, the office visit made me so deadly want to join them!
I got the result the next week, and accepted it without any hesitation.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
