It comprises of 4 rounds: Online Aptitude test, team presentation, telephonic to test English listening and speaking skills, and lastly two on one interview which had Generic HR type questions like tell me about yourself, why Deloitte, what did you do in internship and management project, where do you see yourself 5 years from not and related.

Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
