written test followed by a group-case study followed by one round of interview.
written test was quite easy, consisted of only logical reasoning/ analytical questions.
shortlisted students were asked to choose btwn Technology Consulting & Risk Consulting.
only some 20 chose Risk Consulting. groups were made and were given a case study. 1st 30 min they put a group in a room and ask us to discuss among ourselves how we go about solving the case study; while two interviewers will be watching. in the same time we were given a sheet (A1 maybe) to present our solution in front of a panel(consisting of 6-7 members)
they see our presentation and ask question to the group about how and why we came to the solution, raising questions about why didnt we choose a different solution etc

Went through online tests, job simulation and final assessment.Very pleasant and talkative interviewers. 1st stage was a case study that you had to prepare for. 2nd stage was a normal interview with competency questions.
