Long proccess with too many stages, where I missed a bit more interpersonel relationships, most of the proccess is done by programs and tests. To get an interview I needed to pass at least 4 stages.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
