1st round take-home case.
Run a DCF from scratch. Normalize P&L first. Then write a word report on how you approached the assumptions and what the value of the company is.
2nd round in person with HR and hiring manager. All behavioral questions. Quite friendly, easy going. No technical questions here.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
