The environment was very friendly. The interviewer was very knowledgeable. She sets the tone from the beginning. The interviews were basic interview questions. Why Deloitte? Why financial advisory? Why this city? Tell me about yourself and some behavioral questions to talk about your failures and leadership skills.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
