I applied online and it took two weeks for them to get back to me and invite me to their office. People were ok but not too friendly. The interview went fine but the interviewer kept pressuring me as if he did not want me to get the job. Two weeks later I received an email saying that I was not successful.
super long process phone call group case then another individual case then three interviews and well it's a long process to be honest but should go for it if that's what you want

Entrevista
Entrevista con RRHH y luego dinámica de grupo. Muy mal porque los candidatos nos pisábamos y la entrevistadora no sabía darle su tiempo a cada uno. Básicamente constaba de un EscapeRoom donde buscar soluciones entre todos, y parte de ese EscapeRoom fue en inglés.

Entrevista
Kurze Vorstellung ihrerseits (HR, Abteilung, ..), dann Vorstellung eigenen Lebenslaufes (wichtigsten Stops erzählen), dann kam es direkt zu den Fachfragen (Jahresabschluss-bezogen), dann offene Fragen meinerseits. Generell sehr nette Atmosphäre, besonders HR war extrem bemüht die Atmoshpäre angenehm zu gestalten. Das Lösen der Fragen vor der Gruppe war allerdings ziemlich stressig.
