Entrevista
1st round on-campus interview: very nice and casual. Had a good conversation about my internships and my perspectives of traveling and work at the big 4.
2nd round office visit: the firm paid for flights and hotels. I spent a night there for the social event and another day for office visit and interviews. 2 back to back interviews. Generally I feel the second round is a bit tougher for Deloitte. One of the interviewers seem to nitpick my answers but I understand that they're trying to differentiate us. So be prepared for tough questions.
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
