A Deloitte recruiter emailed me about a phone interview for this position. But the lady who was supposed to call me for the phone interview did not call me. I waited for about 30 minutes for her to call, but did not hear anything from her. After waited for her so long,I wrote an email to her asking what happened, but again same scene- no reply from her.
On the next day while I was driving I got a phone(which was not the same number) call. She told me that she is-- calling from Deloitte. I asked her why she did not call me yesterday when it was planned. She did not apologize. Instead of saying sorry,she was like- "I don't know. I was not in the office yesterday. Can I take it now." I told her that I am driving right now. Could you re-scheduled it at some other time. The lady told me, "no I am not going to take much time, just a few questions." Basically she did not listen to me.
While she was asking questions I felt that she did not want to take my interview. I don't know the reason but the way she was asking the questions, indicates that she did not want to hire me and she was just completing her formalities.
