Processus de recrutement fluide et professionnel, composé d’un premier entretien téléphonique avec les ressources humaines afin de valider le profil et les motivations, suivi d’un second entretien avec un manager pour approfondir les aspects techniques et opérationnels. La réponse positive a été communiquée environ deux semaines après les entretiens.

Quelles sont vos principales qualités et vos axes d’amélioration ?
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

What about this team interests you?
Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
