Applied through the web, HR will call to make interview appointment.
Interview with HR depends on what race is your HR. If you got Thai HR, they will speak Thai, if not they will speak English. Though if you shown sign of not being to speak the language fluently say Thai, they will have you speak in Thai, if your HR is Thai. But if you can't speak English well, the Thai HR will have you speak English.
