Application/Screening – You submit your CV or application, and the HR team reviews it.
Initial Contact (Phone/Video Screen) – A recruiter or HR person asks basic questions about your background, skills, and availability.
Technical/Skill Assessment – You may be asked to complete a test, case study, coding task, or technical questions to check your knowledge.
First Interview (Manager/Team) – An interview with your potential manager or team members, focusing on your experience, problem-solving, and fit for the role.
Second Interview (Behavioral/Technical) – More in-depth questions, possibly scenario-based (e.g., “Tell me about a time when…”).
Final Interview (Leadership/Panel) – Sometimes with senior managers or a panel to evaluate your overall suitability and cultural fit.
Decision & Offer – If successful, the company will extend a job offer.
There is a series of online exams, first one is a cognitive test, second is a behavioral test, third is an MCQ and code test, then two or three interviews depending on the position and process.
