An interesting and challenging 4-step process. The first stage was an initial call with HR where I was asked to present myself, my interest for the role as well as my previous professional & academic experiences. The second & third, followed in succession where verbal practical tests where undertaken with relevant managers. The final one took place where an interview with the relevant partner took place, in a similar fashion to the first one.
