Had one interview with the hiring manager. Interview went well, the manager asked questions on my previous experience, gave me some suggestions to prepare for the next interview which would be a technical interview with someone more senior. We ended the interview on a positive note. Several weeks past, months, never heard from them again, no feedback, no next interview.
