- Received call from the HR
- 1st technical round - Asked basic Java questions
- 2nd round - Asked only related to telecom/N/w security questions and old college time puzzles.
- HR round - Asked me to write on the mail that i will not accept any other offers, will not look for another job and will not be retained by the current org after accepting the offer ,, before releasing final offer.
- I denied to such non-sense condition.

The interview process is start directly with Tech Interview, with coding test for about 30 minutes and tech question for 30 minutes.
Simple algorithm test for live coding.
The interviewer was nice and explain the question in detail
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en DXC Technology
Entrevista
Iter durato circa 2 mesi.
2 colloqui conoscitivi, 2 colloqui tecnici, 1 colloquio HR.
Dopo l'ultimo con l'HR mi è stato detto che gli ero piaciuto e l'iter era stato positivo. Mi è stato chiesto di condividere la mia busta paga (in chiaro, con tutti i dati, per salvarla sulla loro piattaforma) e sarei stato ricontattato per offerta.
Poi son spariti. Passato 1 altro mese ho chiesto feedback mi è stato detto che "non avevano reputato il mio profilo adatto".
Al di la della poca professionalità, mostratevi piu' disponibili se richiedete ai candidati di impegnare così tanto tempo nell'iter e soprattutto di condividere dati sensibili .
