As a fresher, I liked the campus interview process. The final interview round was organized at the office location and I liked the way it was held. They try to assess you from your technical skillset to logical reasoning perspective and try to look at your nature.

Campus hiring, easy, basic concepts should be clear. Aptitude round-Elimination, Technical-Elimination, HR-Elimination. expands to 1-2 days. If selected, joining comes usually after 3-4 weeks. Be clear on your basic tech concepts and explain clearly your projects. Keep communication clear. HR checks communication skills
