I got Shortlisted and cleared 3 rounds of interview and in ops round they asked me about tamil language. I spoke the best of my knowledge But the requirement was not for tamil as i can share job description shared by the consultancy to me is as under
Basic Requirements –
1. Excellent verbal and written English communication
2. The candidates should be efficient in conversing in Hindi as well along with excellent verbal and written English
3. Should have a good typing speed
2. Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience is preferred
3. Candidate should be smart and logical
Job Location – Chennai Guindy Chennai.
But they rejected me by saying learn tamil and come. Both were tamilian. Very much unprofessionalism shown by the ops manager.I was in business casual as i took half day leave from my current organization to attend the interview and friday dress code will be business casual. Still they told why dont you came in formal when they were wearing jeans and tshirts...
