Math test before interview. It's really silly because it has nothing to do with anything and I had to relearn how to do mental math on stuff no one uses like long-division since you're not allowed a calculator. It made no sense at all with identifying if I'm good at my job, which I am.

Had a really stupid math test for doing mental math like long division, which disqualified me from doing the interview, and has nothing to do with my career.
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Crossover for Work (Islamabad, ) en ene 2022
Entrevista
I applied for the Senior Product Designer role at Aurea Software a week back via Crossover. I received an invitation for an interview from Emily Riccardi two days back and scheduled an interview.
I was excited and had already started preparing for the interview. However, I received an email a while back that says I have been rejected from the role. I find this very odd as this email comes after I received an invitation for an interview.
When I reviewed the job description, I knew I have the required skillset and experience. My application for the role included getting through a series of challenging assessments with flying colors (99th Percentile on CCAT, 99% on the Spoken English Test, and Advanced Rating on the Design Assessment). But, after the entire process, getting a rejection email without even an interview seems extremely unfair.
I wouldn't recommend applying to Crossover, getting your hopes all high, and then ending up extremely depressed.
In case you're still wondering, all those negative reviews about Crossover are true.
