Like everyone else has said, don’t waste your time.
They’ll just send you to an assessment website to answer a bizarre series of standardized testing problems—as many as you can in 15 minutes without a calculator. Nobody looks at your CV or portfolio. It is not a surprise that their ad for a copywriter keeps going back up on LinkedIn. They should save themselves some time and hire a math teacher to the position.

Something like: If we sold 300 apples in 2017 and 45% more than that the next year, how many apples did we sell in 2018?
Can attest to all the reviews before mine. Nearly 6 hours of 'aptitude' tests before any human actually sees your resume, so all that time and work is just so they can consider referring you for jobs. And if that didn't sound absurd enough, the first test alone required a passing score of 85 with 15 mins to answer 50 mc questions... over half of which are math (for which you "couldn't" use a calculator but were allowed a "pencil and paper"...). For a *creative copywriting* job. When I inevitably scored lower than an 85, their server essentially told me I wasn't good enough for my profession. But don't worry! I was allowed to take the test one more time to make it to the next round! Don't even know what the rest of the tests were
If this place actually wants to recruit top tier candidates - or better yet is even a real company - maybe don't scream scam and corporate abuse all over your application/interview process. The people smart enough to see through this lunacy are the exact people you're trying to bring in.
