They offer a job on LinkedIn, after LinkedIn EasyApply they send you an email stating, "Your LinkedIn application with Crossover cannot be processed at this time." When clicking on a link in their email, they inform you that you need to work for them 7 hours before you can get an interview. I have tried this 2 times, weeks apart, so we can be certain the "process error" is fake, they just collect emails of people who are willing to work a few hours for them for free.
