Well structured. The questions really tested the candidate's ability to work in a high velocity environment. There were 4 sections: cognitive ability, Verbal fluency, Subject matter expertise and finally a set of open ended questions that let a candidate market hi experience.

It seems that for their questions there is only one answer what is almost never true in computer science. I imagagine that this way plenty of people with huge experience are eliminated only because they have different experience than the author of the questions. In anyway such interview is always good occation to learn sth new.
